#FAI Money Limited Secured Debentures are secured by a charge which is first ranking, subject to prior charges (currently nil) and claims given priority by legislation. *FAI holds a Crown guarantee under the New Zealand Retail Deposits Guarantee Scheme. The Crown guarantee will operate until 12 October 2010 and is only applicable to payments due and payable within the guarantee period. Interest and principle payments that fall beyond 12 October 2010 are not covered by the guarantee. Debenture holders who are financial institutions, related parties and their nominees will not receive the benefit of the Crown guarantee. The Crown guarantee is capped at $1 million per debenture holder.
